I can’t login because it says my account has not been activated yet.

If you're getting a message stating your account is not activated, don’t worry. All accounts need to be activated by an activation link that arrives via email to the address you provided.
 
If you have not received your activation email, here are some possible reasons:

  1. Wait 20 minutes- Most of the time your activation email will be in your inbox in a matter of minutes.  A small percentage of the time the activation email can take longer. Emails can take time to travel across the Internet, so give it at least 20 minutes to arrive.

  2. Is it in your spam or Junk Mail folder?- Sometimes emails from real people and companies get routed to our spam folder.  Check the spam/junk folder of the email account you used to register. The subject line will read, “You’re almost finished with account setup!”.

  3. Add "[email protected]" to your Contacts or Trusted Email List- Adding "[email protected]" to your trusted email list will help make sure that emails from us don't get flagged as spam or junk.
