I can’t login because it says my account has not been activated yet.

If you're getting a message stating your account is not activated, don’t worry. All accounts need to be activated by an activation link that arrives via email to the address you provided.
 
If you have not received your activation email, here are some possible reasons:

  1. Wait 20 minutes- Most of the time your activation email will be in your inbox in a matter of minutes.  A small percentage of the time the activation email can take longer. Emails can take time to travel across the Internet, so give it at least 20 minutes to arrive.

  2. Is it in your spam or Junk Mail folder?- Sometimes emails from real people and companies get routed to our spam folder.  Check the spam/junk folder of the email account you registered with. The subject line will read, “You’re almost finished with account setup!”.

  3. Add "apps@bluedoorlabs.com" to your Contacts or Trusted Email List- Adding "apps@bluedoorlabs.com" to your trusted email list will help ensure all communications from that address don't get flagged as spam or junk.
